Our ADUs are factory-built, to high energy-efficiency standards, with the same finishes you would except from premium site built.
How it works
1. ORIENTATION
Preview our models and learn about the process from customizing your unit, to construction, to the final site work.
2. SITE PLANNING
We verify the feasibility of your site with local codes, and help you find the best siting for your ADU.
3. SELECT A MODEL
Select one of our models and make your customizations.
4. SIT BACK
We build it in the factory and get the license from the State.
5. SITE PREP
The installation contractor prepares the site and builds the foundation.
6. SITE INSTALLATION
We deliver the ADU to the site and the installation contractor installs it and does the final site work.
7. FINAL
After the site inspection and the final touches on the interior, your ADU is ready to go.
